Barbudos Mexican Grill & Cantina serves authentic Baja-style Mexican food with flavors inspired by the taco shops and sunny coastal eateries of Baja California. Owned by Jamaal and Rhona McCoy of Prescott, Barbudos first opened in 2006 as the small yet very popular Barbudos Burrito Company. Today’s much larger Barbudos features fun surf décor and a full bar. Menu favorites include fish tacos, carne asada, carnitas, chile rellenos, enchiladas, the signature Green-Green Burrito, and specialty margaritas.
